Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX & UX Writing professional to improve the user experience, interface language and overall communication of our LMS and digital learning products.

Key Responsibilities
Review LMS screens and identify UI/UX and usability gaps .
Improve consumer-facing language, microcopy, labels, instructions and messages .
Create simple and user-friendly UI/UX designs and workflows.
Work on UI/UX improvements for LMS, interactive eBooks and authoring tools .
Gather and incorporate feedback from users/customers.
Collaborate with Product,



Technology and Content teams to implement improvements.
Maintain consistency in UI design and product language.

Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in UI/UX, UX Writing, Content Design or Copywriting .
Robust English communication and copywriting skills .
Positive understanding of user experience and consumer-facing communication.
Basic knowledge of Figma or similar design tools.
Creative mindset with robust attention to detail.

Preferred Qualification
Master's degree in Communication, Mass Communication, English, or a related field .
Experience in EdTech/LMS or digital products will be an advantage.

Good to Have
Experience with gamification, interactive learning products or digital publishing.
Understanding of basic UI/UX principles and user journeys.
