Job Title: Data Entry Operator
Location: Park Street / Maidan area, Kolkata (In-office)
Salary: ₹12,000 per month
Education: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory

Responsibilities
Accurately enter, update, and maintain financial records, invoices, and operational data into our systems.
Verify data accuracy by comparing it with source documents (such as bills, receipts, or ledgers).
Sort, organize, and compile files/documents before entry.
Generate regular reports in MS Excel or accounting software as requested by management.
Review data for errors or missing information and resolve discrepancies quickly.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding financial and company information.





Requirements & Skills
Technical Skills: Positive working knowledge of MS Excel (spreadsheets, basic formulas) and MS Word. Knowledge of basic accounting terms is a big plus.
Typing Speed: High typing speed and accuracy (both alphanumeric and numeric).
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors in data, numbers, and figures easily.
Location: Ability to reliably commute daily to the Park Street / Maidan area.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
