Experience: 8–12 Years in Sales and Marketing

Reporting to: Executive Director

A business-critical commercial leadership role focused on transforming a commodity-led plantation business into a premium, market-led agri enterprise.

✔ Revenue growth & price realization

✔ Specialty coffee partnerships with roasters & coffee chains

✔ Premium positioning of exotic fruits & branded produce

✔ Digital storytelling & B2C brand growth

✔ Plantation-to-market value creation & commercial strategy

? Products: Specialty Coffee | Cocoa & Tea | Mangosteen | Avocados | Rambutan | Grapefruit | Premium Strawberries & Greens

Ideal Candidate:

• 8–12 years in Sales and Marketing (Preferably FMCG)

• Robust commercial negotiation & market development skills

• Experience with premium food/agri brands & digital brand building

• Comfortable working across plantations, buyers, retail markets & boardrooms.

• Long-term value mindset with respect for sustainability, land & legacy
