3 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales / Bench Marketing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing and consulting market.
Good understanding of C2C, W2, and 1099 employment models.
Solid experience working with H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC consultants.
Proven vendor networking and relationship-building skills.
Experience using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, JobDiva, Ceipal, and other job portals/ATS tools.
Robust negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve monthly targets.Preferred Qualifications:
Solid network of Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners.
Experience marketing consultants across technologies such as Java, .NET, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cloud, SAP, Salesforce, and QA.
Ability to generate quality submissions and convert them into interviews and placements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
