Key Responsibilities
Recruit technical talent for U.S. and Canada - based client requisitions.
Conduct full lifecycle recruiting from intake through offer.
Partner with business leaders and delivery teams.
Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, GitHub and other channels.
Screen and assess technical qualifications.
Maintain talent pipelines and ATS data quality.
Meet KPIs for time-to-submit, quality, interviews ,and placements.
Support diversity and compliance initiatives.
Preferred Experience
MSP/VMS recruiting (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.).
AI-enabled sourcing tools.
Knowledge of Science, Engineering, Technology, or Telecom & Digital Infrastructure labor markets.
Ability to understand technical concepts and evaluate candidate fit.
