Working Hours: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified candidates for US IT requirements. The candidate should possess strong communication, sourcing, coordination, and candidate management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Source and screen qualified candidates for various US IT requirements.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills and experience.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, qualified networks, and social media platforms.
Manage and maintain job postings across multiple recruitment platforms.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and recruitment-related records.




Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
Ensure timely submission of qualified and relevant candidate profiles.
Build and maintain solid relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1 2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Good understanding of the US IT recruitment process and lifecycle.
Knowledge of various IT technologies, skills, and job roles.
Experience using job portals and sourcing platforms such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Good candidate screening, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven setting.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
Knowledge of US employment and tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Prior experience working with US-based clients and IT requirements.
Ability and willingness to work in the night shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST).
