Role & responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding.
Team & Stakeholder Management: Solid experience in team handling, client/stakeholder management and coordination.
Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle, including interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
Conduct technical and behavioral screening of candidates.
Work with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Utilize ATS/VMS tools for recruitment tracking and submissions
