Role & responsibilities
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Verify order details, pricing, and product availability.
Update and maintain order records in the system.
Ensure accurate data entry and maintain order documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth order processing
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Preferred candidate profile
Positive typing skills (Desired: 20 WPM and above)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel will be an added advantage.
Average English communication skills are acceptable.
Preferred: Male candidates who are comfortable working in night shifts.
