Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Execution

Execute the daily and weekly production plan as per sales requirements.

Ensure timely manufacturing of all batches according to approved formulations and SOPs.

Monitor batch-wise production output and productivity.

Optimize machine utilization and manpower deployment.

Process Control

Ensure correct weighing and dosing of raw materials.

Monitor mixing time, sequence, and process parameters.

Ensure batch traceability through proper documentation.

Verify that all production records are complete and accurate.

Team Management

Supervise production operators and helpers.

Allocate work effectively across shifts.

Train employees on SOPs, quality standards, and safety practices.

Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
