WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
4+ years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing
Strong experience working with TCS, Wipro, HCL, Infosys, Cognizant or similar implementation partners
Expertise in hiring for US-based IT requirements
Strong knowledge of H-1B, H-4 EAD, GC, USC, EAD, CPT & OPT
Experience with W2, C2C & 1099 hiring models
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals & Boolean search
Valuable understanding of US time zones and recruitment processes
Strong screening, submission, follow-up & rate negotiation skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven US staffing environment
