Role & responsibilities

Senior Manager/Manager Talent Acquisition profile, not a normal recruiter profile.

They want someone who is basically a 15+ year experienced TA qualified currently working at Manager/Senior Manager level in an IT Services company, who has handled international recruitment + leadership hiring + business hiring.

The person should be able to independently handle:

International hiring: India, US, UK, Europe and Middle East.

Sales hiring: Inside Sales, core Sales, business development, etc.

Marketing hiring: Especially India, with some US/UK hiring.

Leadership hiring: Senior managers, directors, CXO/critical leadership positions.

Tech hiring: Particularly Salesforce and Digital Transformation roles for US/UK.

Support functions: HR, Finance, IT Ops, Quality, etc. for overseas locations.

PSG/overseas hiring: Non-India positions.





Stakeholder management: Working directly with business heads and overseas HR.

Team management: Managing around 2–4 recruiters.

Market/competitor research: Understanding competitor organizations, salary/rate cards, target companies and talent pools.

LinkedIn Global: This is a MUST-HAVE, not merely "candidate has used LinkedIn."

The ideal person in one sentence A current Manager/Senior Manager in an IT Services company with 15+ years of TA experience, solid US/UK/global hiring exposure, leadership + Sales/Marketing hiring experience, team management, and hands-on experience using a LinkedIn Global/Recruiter licence.
