Role & responsibilities The Usher / Escort Executive is responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing seating arrangements, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience by providing courteous assistance from entry to seating.

Key Responsibilities
Greet all guests in a polite, skilled, and friendly manner upon arrival.
Escort guests to their designated tables and assist with seating arrangements.
Manage guest flow during peak hours to avoid overcrowding and waiting confusion.
Maintain and manage the reservation list and waiting queue, if applicable.
Coordinate with the floor staff and managers regarding table availability.
Provide basic information about the restaurant, menu highlights, and special offers when required.
Assist guests with special needs, elderly guests, or families with children.
Ensure the entrance, waiting area, and seating zones are clean, organized, and presentable.
Handle guest queries or complaints politely and escalate them to the Floor Manager when required.




Maintain proper grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards at all times.
Follow company policies, SOPs, and service standards strictly.

Educational Qualification
Minimum 10th / 12th Pass
Hospitality training or experience will be an added advantage

Experience
Fresher or minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in hospitality, restaurant, or customer service roles preferred

Working Conditions
Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
Standing for long hours
Quick-paced restaurant setting
