UX Researcher Intern

Join archintX and gain hands-on experience understanding user needs, behaviors, and feedback to improve digital experiences across an education and career platform.

What You’ll Work On
Conduct user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and user research.
Identify user needs, pain points, behaviors, and expectations.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative research data to identify meaningful insights.
Create user personas, journey maps, research summaries, and other research artifacts.
Plan and conduct usability testing for recent and existing product features.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and developers to translate research insights into improvements.
Monitor user feedback and identify prospects to enhance product usability.
Document research findings and present actionable recommendations to the team.

Who We’re Looking For Students interested in UX research, user behavior, psychology, product design, usability, and problem-solving. Basic knowledge of UX research methods is a plus, but curiosity, empathy, analytical thinking, communication skills, and willingness to learn are most significant.

Your mission: Understand archintX users deeply and turn their needs and feedback into meaningful product experiences.

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chengalpattu, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
