Coordinate regular repairs, preventative maintenance, and emergency fixes for property readiness.
Oversee external service providers, suppliers, and contractor performance.
Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manage inventory, and track petty cash or local expenses.
Liaising with local government departments
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
