JOB OVERVIEW

Numbertree LLP is urgently hiring experienced Billing Engineers & Quantity Surveyors for High-Rise Residential & Commercial Building Projects.

The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Client Billing, Quantity Surveying, BOQ, Cost Estimation, Material Reconciliation & Cost Control.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client & Subcontractor RA Billing
Quantity Take-Off from Drawings & BOQ Verification
BOQ Preparation, Rate Analysis & Cost Estimation
Material Reconciliation & Cost Control
Billing Coordination & Payment Follow-up
MIS Reports & Project Documentation
Coordination with Site, Client & Consultant Teams
Accurate measurement, billing & quantity records




Proficiency in AutoCAD & MS Excel

CANDIDATE PROFILE
B.E. / B.Tech – Civil Engineering
7 to 15 Years of relevant experience
Mandatory: High-Rise Residential / Commercial Building Projects experience
Strong knowledge of Billing, Quantity Surveying & Cost Control
Valuable communication & coordination skills
Immediate Joiners Preferred
