We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, hardworking and responsible Visa Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end tourist visa filing for international destinations.
Robust knowledge of Europe / Schengen visas is highly preferred.
Experience with Canada, UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Singapore, Japan & other countries will be an advantage.
Check and verify client documents according to embassy/VFS requirements.
Prepare and fill visa application forms accurately.
Prepare cover letters, itineraries and supporting documents.
Handle VFS/BLS appointments, biometrics and document submissions.
Track applications and provide timely updates.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding missing documents and requirements.
Stay updated with latest visa rules, embassy guidelines and procedures.
Handle multiple applications efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
Maintain proper records of all visa applications.

Preferred Experience Candidates with hands-on experience in Tourist Visa Filing, especially Europe/Schengen and Canada, will be given preference.
