About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, client-focused immigration qualified to join our growing legal team.

The ideal candidate has direct experience preparing employment-based immigration petitions, developing case strategies, drafting persuasive legal arguments, reviewing evidence, and communicating with clients throughout the immigration process.

Experience with O-1A, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, or EB-5 matters is required. Experience across multiple petition types is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct consultations with prospective clients and explain available immigration pathways, eligibility requirements, timelines, fees, and next steps.




Evaluate client profiles and recommend appropriate strategies for O-1A, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and EB-5 matters.
Prepare and review Form I-129, Form I-140, Form I-526, and Form I-526E petitions.
Develop case strategies based on each client’s qualified background, accomplishments, evidence, immigration history, and long-term goals.
Draft petition letters, legal briefs, recommendation letters, personal statements, proposed endeavor statements, source-of-funds narratives, declarations, and affidavits.
Organize evidence and develop persuasive narratives demonstrating extraordinary ability, exceptional ability, national importance, sustained acclaim, or lawful source and path of funds.
Identify weaknesses, inconsistencies, and evidentiary gaps before petitions are filed.
Conduct legal research and remain current on USCIS regulations, policy guidance, precedent decisions, processing trends, and visa
