Position: Lead Developer- AI-Native Product Development

Location: Hyderabad ( 8 PM to 5 AM IST)

PETADATA is looking for a Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-native, full-stack applications. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in software architecture, AI-assisted development, CRM/data integrations, and contemporary web technologies, with the ability to drive projects from concept to production.

Roles & Responsibilities

Product Development

Design, develop, and deliver production-ready software products using up-to-date AI-assisted development workflows.
Take features from concept and prototype through production and continuous improvement.
Use AI development tools to accelerate development while maintaining strong engineering standards.
Build effective prompting and agentic workflows to improve development productivity.

Architecture & Technical Leadership

Own high-level system architecture, data models, service boundaries, and technical decisions.
Review, test,



and improve both developer-written and AI-generated code.
Establish coding standards, design patterns, testing practices, and engineering best practices.
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and development guardrails.
Make technical decisions independently and guide other developers.
Mentor developers on software engineering fundamentals and AI-native development workflows.

Full-Stack Development & Integrations

Work across the frontend, backend, APIs, data processing, and integrations.
Develop applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and Python.
Build and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs.
Develop integrations with CRM and data platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho.
Implement APIs, authentication, data mapping, and transformation logic.
Collaborate with product, implementation, and customer-facing teams to translate requirements into production-ready solutions.
