Prepare ingredients, vegetables, sauces, marinades, and garnishes for Chinese dishes.
Cook menu items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
Operate Chinese cooking equipment including wok ranges, deep fryers, steamers, and burners safely.
Ensure timely preparation of orders during service.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and portion sizes.:
Prepare sauces such as Manchurian, Schezwan, Hot Garlic, Black Pepper, Chilli Garlic, Oyster-based sauces (where applicable), etc.
Prepare fried rice, noodles, appetizers, gravies, dim sums (if applicable), and other Chinese specialties.
Monitor food quality, freshness, and storage temperatures.:
Follow FIFO (First In First Out) and proper stock rotation procedures.




Minimize food wastage and control portion sizes.
Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, utensils, and equipment throughout the shift.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Assist in receiving, checking, and storing kitchen supplies.
Work closely with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service.
Perform any additional kitchen duties assigned by the Head Chef.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
