Role & responsibilities
Daily Site Traffic Control: Directly supervise and inspect the daily setup of work zones, detour routes, barricades, and signage to ensure smooth and protected traffic flow around active construction areas.
In office Safety Inspections: Conduct routine field patrols to identify immediate work-zone hazards, monitor heavy machinery movement, and enforce protected pedestrian and worker pathways.
Authority & Police Liaison: Coordinate on the ground with local traffic police and municipal authorities to manage live road closures, diversions, and traffic switches as construction phases progress.
Incident Response & Corrections: Immediately respond to site accidents or near-misses, investigate root causes, and enforce rapid corrective actions on temporary traffic controls and road furniture.
Preferred candidate profile B.Tech Civil with 5 years of experience
Min 5 years experience in Road Safety/ Traffic Specialist / Traffic Safety
