ROLES &KEY; RESPONSIBILITIES:




Front Office Operations Management
Oversee end-to-end office activities in outpatient (OP) and day care (DC) departments.
Ensure smooth patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, and discharge processes.
Monitor front office workflows to minimize patient wait time and maximize efficiency.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, train, and mentor front office staff including receptionists, appointment coordinators, and billing personnel.
Manage staff schedules and resource allocation to ensure adequate coverage.
Foster a customer services-oriented culture within the team.
Patient Experience & Communication
Address patient queries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and professionalism.
Coordinate with clinical and support departments for timely patient management.
Maintain high standards of customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.
