Vice-Principal / Professor-cum-Vice-Principal

Job Purpose The Vice-Principal shall assist the Principal in academic, administrative and clinical coordination and shall act on behalf of the Principal when authorized or during the Principal's absence.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist the Principal in overall administration of the Nursing College.

· Coordinate day-to-day academic activities.

· Monitor faculty attendance and punctuality.

· Supervise class schedules and clinical postings.

· Monitor implementation of teaching plans.

· Review completion of syllabus.

· Coordinate internal examinations and assessments.

· Monitor student attendance and academic performance.

· Supervise clinical training and hospital postings.

· Coordinate departmental activities.





· Conduct regular meetings with HODs and faculty.

· Assist in maintaining discipline among students and staff.

· Assist the Principal during BUHS/BNRC/INC inspections.

· Monitor preparation and maintenance of academic records.

· Handle responsibilities assigned by the Principal/Management.

· Prepare regular academic and administrative reports for the Principal.

Eligibility The applicable INC framework specifies M.Sc. Nursing with substantial teaching experience for Vice-Principal-cum-Professor; Ph.D. in Nursing is desirable.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
