We are looking for a CRM & Sales Coordinator to manage customer relationships, sales coordination, lead follow-ups and day-to-day CRM activities. The candidate will coordinate with customers, sales team, production and dispatch departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely customer communication.

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer enquiries, leads and follow-ups through CRM.
Maintain and update customer and lead databases.
Coordinate with the sales team for current enquiries and existing customers.
Prepare and follow up on quotations and orders.
Track order status, production and dispatch schedules.
Follow up with customers for pending orders and payments.
Handle customer queries, complaints and service-related issues.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and CRM reports.
Maintain accurate records in CRM, Excel or ERP software.
Coordinate with Production, Accounts, Dispatch and Sales teams.
Maintain regular communication with B2B customers.




Support the sales team in converting leads into orders.

Preferred Experience
14 years of experience in CRM, Sales Coordination, Customer Support or Sales Operations.
Experience in manufacturing, textile, packaging or non-woven industry will be preferred.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Valuable computer and MS Office knowledge.
