JJN is an applied research organisation working on one of the most pressing challenges of our time: how to promote more and better work in a rapidly changing 21st-century economy. We produce actionable research on good job creation, workforce development, and labour market governance. As forces like climate change, the energy transition, technological advancement and trade shocks disrupt labour markets, JJN goes beyond large-scale macroeconomic analysis, bringing grounded research on how these dynamics unfold across different ecologies, geographies, and economic contexts.
We work with multilateral institutions, national, state and local governments, and civil society and grassroots organisations to ground policy and practice in evidence. We convene a global network of policymakers, academics, business and grassroots leaders to amplify the impact of our research, forging a energetic channel for policy dialogue on employment at local, national, regional, and international levels.

Qualifications:
15+ years of professional experience in labour economics or another relevant field
Robust leadership capacity including the ability to manage a team, direct and oversee the execution of projects, innovate and problem-solve
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize in a fast-paced setting, both independently and as part of a team
Impeccable writing, editing and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated understanding of labour markets and employment, including development and labour market data
Experience and willingness to engage with different kinds of media
