Role Purpose To drive business growth by acquiring new customers, generating revenue through life insurance sales, and building long-term client relationships through effective field sales strategies. Eligibility Criteria (mandatory) Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Mandatory experience in life insurance field sales Strong understanding of sales processes and customer handling Willingness to travel locally for field work Comfortable working in a target-driven workplace.
Key Responsibilities Generate leads via self-sourcing,



references, and networking Conduct client meetings to understand financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Build and maintain strong customer relationships for renewals and cross-selling Ensure adherence to compliance and proper documentation processes Maintain regular follow-ups and customer engagement

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
