Customer Support Specialist
Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
Responsibilities
Handle merchant queries via phone and email.
Resolve issues and provide product support.
Troubleshoot and escalate technical concerns.
Maintain support records and share merchant feedback.
Follow up to ensure timely issue resolution.
Requirements
Experience in customer support or a similar role.
Knowledge of CRM/help desk tools is preferred.
Solid communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Fluency in Tamil, English, and Hindi is mandatory.
Willing to work rotational shifts with weekly offs.
