We are hiring experienced candidates for a Technical Voice role in Gurgaon. Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in BPO Voice, particularly in a technical support setting, are encouraged to apply.

The role involves handling customer queries related to modem, Wi-Fi, VPN, internet connectivity and other technical issues. The selected candidates will be responsible for understanding customer concerns, diagnosing technical problems, providing accurate troubleshooting solutions and escalating complex cases when required.

Candidates should be graduates with positive technical knowledge and robust voice communication skills. Experience in troubleshooting modem, router, Wi-Fi, VPN and connectivity-related issues will be preferred.



Candidates should also be comfortable working in rotational shifts and handling customers professionally over voice calls.

The salary offered is up to Rs. 4.3 LPA, with an approximate in-hand salary of Rs. 33,000 per month. Both-side cab facility or travel allowance will be provided.
