We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a 24x7 Inbound Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi and be comfortable working in a rotational shift setting.

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle 24x7 inbound customer calls.
Respond to customer enquiries and provide appropriate resolutions.
Register and resolve customer complaints.
Log breakdown/service requests and create tickets.
Provide product and service-related information.
Maintain accurate call documentation and update CRM systems.
Handle customer escalations as per agreed SLA.
Maintain quality and productivity standards.
Support daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reporting.

Candidate Requirements




Excellent communication skills in English + Hindi.
Freshers or Minimum 6 months of BPO experience
Graduate / Undergraduate candidates are eligible.
Should be comfortable working in 24x7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period will be preferred.

Salary & Advantages

Experienced Candidates
CTC: 2.9 LPA
Take-home: 18,676 approx.
CTC structure: 24,496 as applicable

Freshers:
Take-home: 17,500
