Bontrue Furniture is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our luxury showroom in Hyderabad. The role focuses on driving high-value sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and managing end-to-end showroom operations while upholding premium brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for luxury furniture.
Drive conversion, average order value, and repeat business through relationship-led selling.
Build and manage a solid clientele base including HNI customers, architects, and interior designers.




Customer Experience
Deliver a refined and personalized luxury shopping experience.
Handle customer escalations and ensure end-to-end satisfaction.
Maintain showroom aesthetics, visual merchandising, and brand presentation.
Store Operations
Manage daily showroom operations, billing, inventory, and MIS reporting.
Ensure POS accuracy, stock control, and mínimal shrinkage.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and installation teams for timely deliveries.
Team Leadership
Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing luxury sales team.
Monitor performance, conduct reviews, and drive productivity.
Maintain discipline, engagement, and service excellence.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, audits, and statutory compliances.
Safeguard high-value merchandise, store assets, and customer data.
