Job Description
Coordinate vessel operations including berthing, loading, and unloading as per shipping schedule.
Prepare and verify shipping documents like Bill of Lading, Delivery Orders, and Gate Passes.
Liaise with Customs, CHA, Transporters, and Shipping Lines for smooth cargo clearance.
Monitor daily cargo movement and maintain accurate tally of containers/bulk cargo.
Update reports on vessel performance, delays, and demurrage/detention to management.
Handle port billing - verify wharfage, storage, and other port charges for invoicing.
Ensure compliance with port rules, safety regulations, and DG Shipping guidelines.
Resolve operational issues like berth congestion, labour shortage, or documentation delays.
Skills required: MS Excel, valuable communication, basic English,
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
