Position Title: Data Governance Lead role

Experience Level: 8-15 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 1 month

Hybrid

Budget: 28-33 LPA

Data Governance

Skill Set required :

Proven experience implementing data controls for regulatory reporting (e.G., BCBS 239, IRR).?

Data controls – Data lineage, Data Quality, Data in rest/motion

Hands-on Collibra experience is preferred or any data inventory/lineage tools( Collibra, informatica or equivalent)

Ability to understand end-to-end processes and document data lineage to meet compliance requirements in line with defined KCIs.





Ability to understand an application and document data lineage(intra/inter). Including application metadata, trusted sources, interfaces

Ability to understand existing DQ controls and assess the coverage across key dimensions (completeness, accuracy, timeliness, consistency, validity, integrity) and recommend/design additional controls with clear rules and thresholds.

Advantage : Core Data/ETL background with understanding of end-to-end data lineage / transformation, wider knowledge of multiple db technologies

Critical : Robust stakeholder management—collaborate effectively with business and technology teams (Key with the above technical expertise)
