Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern at Growbient Ventures LLP. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with recruitment coordination, maintaining employee records, and helping implement HR policies and procedures.



Responsibilities include supporting onboarding activities, assisting in organizing employee engagement initiatives, and helping manage documentation related to employee advantages and personnel management. The intern will collaborate with HR team members to ensure smooth communication across the organization and contribute to process improvements in HR management.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in BBA/MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.

Stipend: ₹2000 to ₹10000 monthly
Duration: 2 months (Extendable)
