n Job Summary
n• The Sales Head will be responsible for driving business growth, developing sales
nstrategies, leading the sales team, expanding market presence, and achieving
nrevenue targets across Home Automation, Lighting Controls, Audio-Video, and
nSmart Building Solutions.
n• The role requires strong leadership, excellent client relationship management skills,
nand extensive experience in handling high-value projects within the luxury
nresidential, hospitality,



and corporate segments.
n Educational Qualification
n• B.Tech / B.E. (Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Communication) preferred.
n• MBA in Marketing or Sales Management will be an added advantage.
n Experience
n• 10–15 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
n• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing sales teams.
n• Experience in Home Automation, Lighting Controls, Audio-Video, ELV, Building
nAutomation, Smart Home Solutions, High-End Electrical Products, Luxury Interior
nProducts, or Hospitality Solutions preferred.
n Key Responsibilities
n Business Development & Revenue Growth
n• Develop and execute annual sales strategies to achieve company revenue and
nprofitability targets.
n• Identify new business opportunities across Residential, Hospitality, Corporate, and
nCommercial segments.
n• Drive sales growth through direct customer engagem
