- Source and market candidates for full-time US IT requirements
- Understand direct client requirements and submit qualified candidates
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
- Manage the complete candidate marketing lifecycle
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and vendors
- Track submissions, interviews, offers, and successful closures

- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Quick learner with strong multitasking abilities
