Role Description The Bancassurance Specialist will work on-site in Thrissur and will be responsible for driving life insurance business through bank branches in the assigned region. This full-time role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with bank staff, conducting regular product trainings, and supporting them in identifying and converting insurance sales opportunities. The specialist will meet prospective customers referred by bank partners,



understand their needs, and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions. Daily tasks include achieving sales and revenue targets, ensuring high levels of customer service, assisting with proposal documentation, and adhering to regulatory and company compliance standards. The role also requires regular reporting of branch performance, providing market feedback, and participating in local sales campaigns and promotional activities.
