N Position Summary:
NThe Claims Adjudication Executive will be responsible for end-to-end claim processing, including accurate adjudication, fulfilment monitoring, and timely resolution. The role involves assessing claims against programme policies, coordinating with customers and service centres, monitoring claims through closure, and ensuring adherence to defined TAT. The position also requires strong attention to detail and judgement while identifying delays

- Make accurate approve, reject, or refer decisions within defined SLAs. N
- Monitor approved claimsthroughout the end-to-end fulfilment process, including repairs, replacements, logistics, payments, deductibles, and other applicable stages. N
- Track ageing claims andproactively coordinate with Service Centres, Logis
