The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. - Handle Inbound/Outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels. N
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. N
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required. N
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. N
- Provide product, service, and process-related information to customers. N
- Follow company policies, quality standards,



and customer service guidelines. N
- Meet individual and team performance targets. N
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution. N
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships. N
