Sectors : we are seeking people from FMCG, Retail ,Franchise, Channel sales, DIstribution sales, Infra / construction material, supply chain or logistics, fintech merchant onboarding.

This role focuses on expanding the brand footprint and managing the end-to-end franchise sales pipeline.The Area Sales Manager drives business growth by identifying, evaluating, and closing agreements with prospective franchise partners.
Lead Generation: Identify and target potential franchise partners through networking, cold outreach, and marketing campaigns.
Pipeline Management: Guide prospects through the entire sales funnel from initial contact to contract signing.
Market Analysis: Research and identify high-potential territories for expansion.

Evaluation & Due Diligence
Site Evaluation:



Assist prospects in identifying and evaluating viable commercial locations.
Financial Review: Verify financial references and background checks of potential investors.

Negotiation & Closing
Deal Structuring: Negotiate commercial terms, territory rights, and franchise fees.
Legal Compliance: Coordinate with legal teams to prepare and execute Franchise Agreements and Disclosure Documents.
Onboarding Handover: Transition recent partners smoothly to the franchise operations team.

Pay: ₹46,099.07 - ₹58,545.31 per month
