Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 4 years of experience in FMCG/OTC Channel Sales.
Proven experience in team handling and field sales management.
Robust experience in appointing, developing, and managing distributors/super stockists.
Valuable understanding of primary and secondary sales, distribution expansion, and retail activation.
Experience in achieving sales targets, market development, and trade relationship management.
Ability to analyze sales data and prepare market action plans.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools is preferred.




Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth and achieve assigned business targets.
Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Expand distribution network and ensure product availability across the territory.
Manage distributor operations, inventory, collections, and market execution.
Implement trade schemes, promotional activities, and retail visibility initiatives.
Ensure timely reporting and maintain market intelligence on competition and customer trends.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
