Position Summary
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Assist in campus hiring and internship programs.
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
Support employee onboarding and induction.
Prepare offer letters, internship letters, and HR documentation.
Collect and verify joining documents.
Maintain employee records and personnel files.
HR Operations
Update and maintain HR databases and MIS reports.
Assist in attendance and leave record management.
Coordinate employee confirmations and document management.
Ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
Employee Engagement
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and recognition programs.
Support internal communication initiatives.
Help create a positive employee experience across all locations.
Compliance & Administration
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Support other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR (completed or pursuing) is an added advantage.
Internship experience in HR will be preferred.
Skills Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to multitask.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
