Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and other agencies for smooth project execution.
Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and ensure proper implementation on-site.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
Conduct site inspections and maintain quality and safety standards.
Verify measurements and prepare work progress reports.
Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at the site.
Resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the project team.
Maintain daily site records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.





Mandatory Requirements
B.E. Civil (mandatory).
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Building Construction.:
Hands-on experience with AutoCAD.
Solid knowledge of residential and/or commercial building construction.
Experience in coordinating with multiple agencies, contractors, and vendors.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Positive understanding of RCC work, finishing work, and construction methodologies.
Strong site supervision and project coordination skills.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
