Job Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard delivery partners for Swiggy.
Conduct field recruitment activities in assigned locations.
Identify potential candidates through market visits, references, and local hiring activities.
Explain job details, earning opportunities, incentives, and working process to candidates.
Collect and verify required candidate documents.
Assist candidates with the registration and onboarding process.
Coordinate with the onboarding/support team to complete joining formalities.
Follow up with candidates until they successfully start working.
Maintain daily recruitment and joining reports.
Achieve daily and monthly delivery partner hiring targets.
Conduct local promotional activities to attract current candidates.
Maintain valuable communication and relationships with candidates.
Preferred candidate profile Any Field work Experiance is mandatory 6months
