Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage business with qualified salons and beauty partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
Conduct product demonstrations and promote the Be Bonnie Skilled Hair Care range.
Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
Requirements:
Experience in professional hair care, cosmetics, salon products.:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good network with salons in Eastern Kolkata is an advantage.
