Job description:
Core Role: Strategic Messaging, Ad Copywriting & Brand Voice

Primary Responsibilities
Ad Copywriting & Performance Messaging
Direct Response Copywriting: Craft highconverting Meta ad copies (Primary Text, Headlines, and Descriptions). Use psychological triggers, emotional hooks, and explicit value propositions to drive clicks.
A/B Variation Writing: Develop multiple versions of ad copy for the same campaign to test different angles (e.g., "Fear of missing out" vs. "Growth opportunities benefits").

On-Camera Presentation & Authority




Lead Brand Presenter:Serve as the primary face of Skillversity in high-impact ads, course introductions, and authoritybuilding videos.
On-Camera Communication: Deliver complex industrial concepts (Logistics, Hospital Administration, Oil & gas) with clarity, energy, and a high degree of professional trust.
Energetic Delivery: Adjust tone and pacing based on the platform, short and punchy for Reels/Ads; deep and informative for YouTube. Strategic Scripting & Funnel Planning
Retention-Based Scripting: Write all video scripts with a focus on "1.5-second hooks" and structured narratives that maintain a 40%+ watch-time rate.
Content Mapping: Design a weekly strategy where every piece of content maps to a funnel stage: Awareness (Career paths), Authority (Skillversity expertise), or Conversion (Offers/ Admissions). Secondary Responsibilities
