Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Wheel Balancing Technician responsible for wheel balancing, tyre-related inspections, and ensuring smooth and protected motorcycle performance as per Royal Enfield service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Perform wheel balancing for Royal Enfield motorcycles using appropriate balancing equipment.
Inspect wheels, tyres, rims, and related components for defects or damage.
Identify wheel imbalance, vibration, uneven tyre wear, and alignment-related concerns.
Correct wheel imbalance by using the appropriate balancing weights.
Ensure proper tyre pressure and tyre fitment as per recommended specifications.
Check wheel rotation, bearings, spokes, and related components during inspection.
Ensure tyres and wheels are properly fitted and securely tightened.
Conduct a final check after balancing to ensure smooth wheel rotation and vehicle stability.
Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians regarding wheel and tyre-related issues.




Maintain proper cleanliness and care of wheel-balancing equipment and tools.
Follow all safety procedures and Royal Enfield service standards.
Maintain proper records of work completed and report any major issues to the Service Manager.

Candidate Requirements
ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical field preferred.
Previous experience in two-wheeler service, tyre fitting, or wheel balancing will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of motorcycle wheels, tyres, rims, and suspension systems.
Ability to operate wheel-balancing equipment.
Positive observation and technical skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work efficiently in a service workshop.
Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.
