Requirement Analysis: Understand the customer's intent (e.g., gold, polki, diamond, gemstone purchase, or custom design consultation) through active listening.
Floor Coordination: Guide and seamlessly transition customers to the appropriate Sales Executive or Jewelry Consultant based on their needs.
VIP & Appointment Management: Coordinate scheduled client appointments, high-profile visits, and special promotional preview events.
Customer Feedback & Support: Collect immediate feedback after interactions, address basic inquiries, and assist in resolving customer concerns or complaints with empathy.
