Role Overview

The Senior Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end student inquiries, tele-counseling, and admissions conversion for Jain Online programs. This role requires excellent communication skills, sales aptitude, and a deep understanding of the online education ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective students interested in Jain Online programs.
Provide accurate counseling regarding program options, eligibility, fee structure, and career benefits.
Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns, online forms,



and social media.
Maintain and update CRM databases with call logs, inquiries, and conversion status.
Coordinate with the admissions and documentation team to ensure smooth onboarding.
Achieve and exceed monthly admission and revenue targets.
Offer mentorship to junior telecallers and ensure adherence to process quality.
Represent Jain Online with professionalism and maintain solid brand communication.

Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills in Hindi and English (regional language preferred).
Robust ability to build rapport and close admissions over calls.
Proven experience in telemarketing, counseling, or student support roles.
Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and lead tracking tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of handling pressure.
