Qualification: Diploma/BE in (EEE /ECE)/ ITI fresher or 1 to 2 years Exp in printing industry

Key Responsibilities:
Perform in office installation, repair, maintenance, and calibration of equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and determine appropriate solutions.
Respond to service requests in a timely and skilled manner.
Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance of equipment.
Keep accurate records of service activities, including equipment repairs and customer

interactions.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service and support.
