Role & responsibilities

Position Summary The HR Executive will support end-to-end HR Operations across recruitment, onboarding, attendance and leave administration, payroll coordination, employee relations, and compliance using Keka HRMS as the platform of record. This role is central to keeping employee lifecycle processes accurate, consistent, and running smoothly across all three offices.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding
Source and screen candidates; coordinate interviews and assessments
Prepare offer letters and track acceptance through to joining
Manage current hire onboarding in HR Software, including documentation and orientation
Conduct mandatory HR Compliance Training for the respective countries
Foster solid collaboration and employee engagement across teams located in India, Pakistan, and the United States.

Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor daily attendance and shift compliance across offices
Process and track leave requests per company policy
Flag attendance discrepancies and escalate per SOP

Payroll Coordination
Support payroll input, attendance reconciliation, and validation each cycle
Coordinate incentive and reward payout calculations with Finance

Employee Relations & Engagement




Support employee grievance handling and conflict resolution
Coordinate team outings, Rewards & Recognition, and engagement programs

HR Compliance & Reporting
Maintain accurate employee records and policy acknowledgments in HR Software
Prepare headcount, attrition, and attendance reports
Support HR audits and labor law compliance tracking

Employee Exit Management
Manage resignation processing, exit checklists, and full & final settlement coordination
Coordinate asset recovery and access revocation with IT

Requirements

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
3–5 years of HR generalist or HR operations experience

Skills
Working knowledge of an HRMS platform (Keka experience preferred)
Strong attention to detail and process discipline
Explicit written and verbal communication
Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion

Onboarding and offboarding completed accurately and on time, every cycle
Attendance and leave records stay current with zero manual reconciliation gaps
Employee queries and grievances are handled promptly and professionally
