Key Responsibilities:
Powertrain & Battery Assembly: Assemble high-voltage (HV) battery modules, electric motors, and inverters following strict safety protocols.
Quality Control & Testing: Conduct End-of-Line (EOL) testing, leak testing for cooling systems, and HV isolation verification.
Process Optimization: Implement Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma practices to improve battery production line efficiency.
Tooling Calibration: Calibrate automated assembly lines, robotic welding stations, and diagnostic equipment.
Pay: From ₹10,500.00 per month
